Southwest Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated self-starting individual to fill the remote role of Southwest Technical Sales Manager. This person is responsible for achieving sales objectives, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the use of the RP Nutrients product portfolio in amino acid and DCAD balancing nutrition strategies. Products included are Mepron, K-pron, SoyChlor, SoyPlus and complementary products.

To achieve the objectives the Technical Sales Manager must establish and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the dairy industry, in particular, the nutritionists, main ruminant feed companies, and large producers in the territory.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or Dairy Science with ruminant nutrition knowledge.

- Must reside in the Southwest USA Region (KS, CO, TX, NM, or OK).

- 3 or more years of experience selling technical products in the dairy feed industry.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence customers and team members.

- Data-driven decision-making ability.

- Ability to travel extensively.
